Japanese exchange

On Thursday the 21st of March the exchange students from Japan came to Tawa Intermediate. We filed into the hall and practised the songs we were going to sing to them. Then the girls did the powhiri and the welcoming assembly started. After that we had done our part and the Japanese students danced a traditional fishing dance. It was well performed and interesting. I am very excited about having these Japanese students here.
