This week at food spec we made carrot cake with lemon icing and chicken
curry with rice! They were very nice. The carrot cake tasted sweet and
the curry tasted yummy and a bit spicy ( we put a bit of chilli
powder). We had fun making and tasting it. At the end of the tuesday
lesson we had to assesment on ; The flavour of it, the smell of it, how
it looks like, the texture of it, and we listed the new techniques we
learnt.
