Luke's school update...

This week room seven has been training hard for cross country since the start of term 2.We have really been pushing ourselves to beat pouakai syndicate. We learnt just this week that we have a 850m block run before we continue from the finish of the block run onto the 2.7 km cross county and on top of that we have to run around the school to get to the finish line. Cross county is on Monday next week. I recon Tui could win the points championship this year if we really push ourselves to do well in the upcoming cross country and inter school tournaments.
Last night Thursday the 10th the whole school had a disco. The parents got to meet Mr Rickard, Mrs Moran and Mrs Stewart in the library whiles the disco radged in the hall.
Kid’s writer Michael Oehley is coming to visit on Wednesday and is going to talk in assembly. The school is running a number of competitions to be judged by Michael.
