Term1 Week 7: Ngatitoa Domain

Waves crashed against my ankles. The sand tickled my toes. Rocks tripped me up while I spied on a runaway crab. Here's the summary. I loved Ngati Toa Domain. Everyone had fun catching the speedy crabs and putting them in the concrete cube near the ruins of something. I had fun throwing rocks into the water and running away from my friends. On that day it was cold. How cold? Very. What I wore was NOT beach clothing at all, it was WINTER clothing. Not summer or autumn, WINTER. It was a black button up coat with 3 quarter denim shorts. My most favourite thing I got to do at Ngati Toa Domain was playing in the little sand patch, dipping my legs into the icy water and watching the crabs run away from the catchers of doom (also known as my classmates). The thing I disliked most about Ngati Toa Domain was how there were so many rocks there and the rocks kept tripping me up. All in all our trip to Ngati Toa Domain was FANTASTIC.
