kati's tug boat cake

As part of my homework I made a three teared cake in the shape of a tugboat. I stuck some chopped up mint sticks around the edge of the tears and threaded some popcorn on to some wire were I stuck it in a chocolate licorice log. The log then got stuck on to the first tear. I stuck on colourful penguins and smarties, and life savers around the side as little port holes. My cake was a chocolate wacky cake and had blue and red icing on the different tears. The icing didn't work out how I had planed it was very sloppy but it was the first time I had ever done a teared cake and I hope everyone who ate it, enjoyed it.
